I do that sometimes. I love eye candy! Sending good thoughts and hope for your complete recovery.

There are sooo many beautiful quilts on the site, but I wish everyone would tell the name of the quilt or where he/she got the pattern. I don't know why my replies never get answered as I have asked several quilters what the name is and never hear back from anyone. A lady was looking for a particular quilt magazine and I had it and wrote to her and said she could have it free, just postage, and never heard back from her either. Any suggestions what I'm doing wrong that I don't get replies?? Betty Jo in Tn.

I do save the quilt pictures....to act as inspiration as I am not nearly on the same ability scale as a lot of you are, but I have also used them as backgrounds for my digital scrapbook page, I use them with a velum overlay. add a picture, some embellishments, and journaling...and there you have a page. Or I use the colors that are in the quilt blocks and pick out paper colors that match etc. It's a never ending process!!!

Prayers to you. My grandson is coming here for the summer and has promised to teach me how to post. I am computer savvy, but have trouble with posting and attachments. I too, spent last summer recovering from ankle surgery and the high point of each day was checking the QB pictures. This is a wonderful site. Full of ideas, tips and wonderful pictures. I wish you good health Soon.

yes, I do save AND print pictures of quilts I like for future projects. I save the prints in a big binder that I can flip thru, sometimes for the fun of it & sometimes for inspiration.
