Okay -- now I've created extra "play" folders and am understanding your problem. You're right -- you can't "manage" them as much as we'd like to. The program won't allow it. I guess the only alternative is to write to hotmail and ask them to allow it in future versions.

do have msn as your primary? 'cause i'm thinking maybe it's because i have it as a secondary that i don't pay for. maybe if i was paying for it, it might be an option.
