What wonderful, wonderful news. My son is not in the military, but my husband served in the Air Force in Viet Nam. He left 12 days after we got married, and it was the longest year in my life. Thankfully, he came home safe and sound - like your son. I'm excited for you and your fantastic news.

It is such great news when one of our soldiers come home safe and sound. Rejoicing with you and your wife, and please, tell him I said THANK YOU!!! It seems so little, but means so much. Thank you and your wife too, Don, for the great sacrifices you have made that have benefitted all Americans.
