I know from the look on her face that it was worth every hair you pulled out! grandma's are the best! I don't remember it but my mom said her mom made me and my baby doll lots of matching outfits!

Absolutely beautiful but I feel your pain. Years ago, my now grown boys wanted Star Trek New Generation costumes for Halloween. There were 15 pattern pieces and not one was placed on a fold. Did I mention they had to be laid on stretch fabric? I nearly went nuts but the results were wonderful. They wore the costumes with their moon boots and looked very authentic. Your grand daughter will never forget this dress and someday she'll understand the work that went into it.

Beautiful girl and beautiful costume. I've made a bunch of costumes over the years for the grandkids who don't live close and their mother keeps losing the cloth tape measures I give her! So I am always surprised when they come close to fitting. You did a great job with the cutting down the larger pattern. It looks wonderful!!!!
