Default Dress Form identification

Hi,
I have a new-to-me dress form. It needs a part, but I cannot figure out the manufacturer. I've attached a picture. The only words are on the neck, "Made in England". I've peeked inside the pieces/parts. Nothing on the base.
The part that I need is one of the plastic connectors between the lower pole and the upper pole (not pictured b/c broke). One of these plastic connectors is cracked. DH said it's not likely to fix the crack with E6000 or Gorilla glue, and probably difficult to find at the hardware store.
I haven't ventured to the hardware store, but probably will have to if I cannot figure out the maker of this dress form.
Any ideas of the maker based on the picture?
Thank you in advance for suggestions.

P.S. Sorry for the sideways picture. Looks normal on my computer, but posted sideways. :-\

Funny. On my iPad the photo was correct; on my desktop it is turned sideways.

I Googled "dress form made in England" and then clicked on "images" to try to find one that looks like yours. Found this one on eBay that says it is a Twinfit:

Again, Googling, there appears to be a similar dress form sold by Dritz. Perhaps Google dress form manufacturers and try emailing them with a photo to see if they can help you with the part?

Edit: I would probably not look for the exact replacement part, but would see if my dh could cobble something together that would work for me -- probably sonething stationary (not able to move up and down).

Thank you for the suggestions. I'll try googling that; I used the wrong phrase, I suppose. Thank you for the help.
