I watch all the BBC shows from Netflix and Amazon Prime on Roku. Some I never knew about. I just finished watching the series The Fall. It's great. Also The Murdoch Mysteries is excellent, turn of the century setting. The Forsyte Saga, Foley's War, Rosemary and Thyme, so many great series from BBC. I seldom watch network shows now.

Onebyone, I am going to check out your suggestions. Right now I am watching Monarch of the Glen on Netflix. It is a British series that takes place in Scotland, modern times. they are trying to raise money to save the estate.

I loved Monarch of the Glen! The characters are wonderful. For a really great show, not what you think, watch MI-5. I got involved in that show after one episode.

I only watched the first DVD. But also filmed in 2002, you all might want to watch The Forsyte Saga. There are two seasons on that series. This was my first introduction to BBC programming thru Masterpiece theatre. I am going to enjoy the next installment of Mr. Selfridge. I am old enough to remember Woolworth stores !!!
