My dear DH bought me a tablet for my birthday as I read so much (as well as doing patchwork) where you get your ebooks from, do you hore them from a library or do you buy them? I find the free books are not what I would choose to read, I like a good novel
look forward to your reeplys

I have a nook so the books I buy come firm barnes and noble. I also down load a lot of books from the local library our library has a good selection..it boils down to what your library has to offer and which e reader you have.

I get mine from barnes and noble, they have a discount section, and the library for free.

I have a Nook Color and download free books from my local library. If you google, free ebooks, you should find some.

kindle here-Amazon and check the internet for free or low fee books. Look under your favourite authors and at author web pages.

I get mine from the library for free. The disadvantage is you can't always get what you want immediately but they do send an email when it is available. The other maybe disadvantage is that you don't own the books. But I don't want to so for me that isn't an issue. I can get audio books and ebooks from the library.

Thank you for your advice, I have just downloaded two books by Lesley Pearse from my local library.
I never read a book twice, so to be able to read them on my tablet is great, and no storage problems
