One note to anyone wanting to make these, wrap your strips on the cord tightly, as you can see in her pictures her baskets are firm, firm is good. loosly wrapped cord leads to floppy baskets (as I saw at my LQS).
Also one tip I found is to use a sweater shaver for the strings when you complete your project.
Good tip with the fabric shaver.

I like the strings hanging. I was thinking about putting some decorative fuzzy yard on it also. :)
