We are almost done with the improvements around here. Next spring will be about reviving the poor lawn. The previous owners did nothing with the yard. The house was built in 2005 and when we moved in it still had the pallets in front of the doors or steps.
The grass was so matted it took me a year to thatch out all the dead stuff, so next spring we will aerate and reseed.
