First Saturday off since January. I enjoyed sleeping in until 7am - took myself out to breakfast - had my taxes done - went to the library - went to goodwill - went to the grocery store - all by 11am.

Love it!

Didn't find anything at the goodwill - I don't think my store has a fabric section - all I saw was patterns, but nothing I wanted.

I think I will head to the fabric store - haven't been there in a long time. wish me luck!

Sounds like my schedule before I retired. Are you an accountant?

Retirement is not in my near future...I can retire in 8 years with a full pension, but will probably work another 20years. I work for the government as an Analyst...and we never seem to run out of work....so I see no need to retire early and then go get another job....might as well stay working at my current job...Lord willing, I'll still have it.

Not an accountant, but my dad does my taxes - he's the taxman in the family.
