Get up, make bed, feed dogs, let one out, clean litter box (husband gets up early feeds cats & makes coffee) take pills, get coffee head to sewing room for quick scan of QB & FB- then husband, I & dogs go for walk, I walk two miles each morning, come home get another cup of coffee sit down here for another hour or so and look through all things on QB.

Each of my two cats must have their brushing, then I empty litter, sweep the floor, give them fresh water, wash their dishes and provide fresh food. The I go to the back door where they are waiting impatiently to be let out. Now, I can take my shower. Then to the kitchen to make a quick breakfast, my husband usually fixes his own, so I can have whatever I'm in the mood for. Then it is time to get ready for work. If I am efficient with my time, I may have 10-15 minutes to quilt before leaving for work. I envy you gals who are retired or don't work outside the home. I imagine I would get more quilting done if I didn't work, but then again, I would probably wind up doing so many other things and still wonder why I don't have time to quilt as much as I want.

I get up before the alarm, as I can't bare to get startled. Dog is still sleeping.. Hit the bathroom for everything, and turn the computer on, on the way to the kitchen to prepare coffee to turn on ten minutes before I leave. Then the dog crawls out of bed, and sits patiently for me to go out with him. I stand on the steps while he lifts his leg to the tree, and it's back in to watch t.v., and read the newspaper. Read emails, start coffee, and then it's out the door to drop dog, and paper at mom's.. I do all that, and get into the office by 7:30.. It's a good thing my staff doesn't come in until 9:00..

Bathroom, make my bed, get clothes out (if I'm working that day) so that I don't have to go back upstairs, go downstairs with dogs, turn bathroom heater on, go let dogs out, make coffee and then sit down at 530, watch a cooking show on Create and then a sewing sew show at 6 then out the door at 630 if I'm working; if not, I just relax for the most part. I'm on the pc everyday at work so I don't worry about it so much on my days off. Then eventually I'll get up and start cleaning or on Fridays my 2yr old granddaughter comes to spend the day with me. It helps save her mom money on babysitting so I watch her kids (1 is in school most of the time) on my days off. Except for Thursdays, we both have that day off. I told her it was mandatory for me to have one day each week that I could plan what ever I wanted so since she got to pick what days she gets off at work that was one of them.

Get up at 5:30...dress in walking clothes, feed the cat, make coffee, grab the newspaper, turn on ABC, sit for about 45 minutes...work my puzzle and go meet the 3 ladies I walk with at 7am..we go 5 + Miles every day...back home, another coffee, shower, dress check computer, etc and head out for whatever the day brings.

To have a good day I have to begin right...so disciplined of me! Well I do hate routine but I like to feel as well as can be. I take all my allergy meds in the bathroom first, then take my weights and do arm and neck stretches in the dressing room, then move on to make the bed and lie down to do my leg exercies for my center core. Maybe it takes 30 minutes total.
