Actually, the women's sizes at Lane Bryant are rather pretty. My sister and I wanted to get a much loved, LARGE niece something pretty for Christmas, and looked in the shop we have here in the mall. Very pretty stuff, not too big for a lot of folks, and not Granny stuff either. Just a few tucks here and there and they might fit me and sister. We went with a cash for her, because we couldn't find anything we could agree on! Niece is adopted, lovely creamy skin with shining black hair, just a real sweet person.

We all know that quilters are going "batty". tee, hee
Maybe those ads are under 'contract' and like others stated it helps F & P 's business.
Us quilters come in all shapes and sizes, hopefully these ads are not taken in an offensive manner.
Do not know about other countries, but looking at the statistics, the American public is larger than the past generations.

On the subject of inserts....I really dont like when I pay postage for an item and have the package filled iwth ads and catalogs and booklets that weigh much more than the product. I want my postage to go toward what I bought, not the junk they put in!!!
