These are our foster kitties! We got them from the humane society yesterday. Kittens go into foster care so that they don't pick up illnesses and the mortality rate goes down while in foster care. We will be taking care of these cute little guys and their mom, Carmella, until they are about six weeks old. Our dear house cat, Peej, is very interested in these little guys and their mom but Carmella doesn't want anything to do with Peej. So, he keeps his distance and is hoping to win her over somehow.
Side note- Peej was actually found taking care of a whole bunch of kittens. He has a sweet loving side :P

So sweet! Only times I've fostered kittens, they've been motherless. Very sweet that Peej accepts them. All of my adult cats think kittens are evil, lol.

How cute, I adopted a little kitten a couple weeks ago. Looks a little like the grey one in you little pile. She is already spoiled and thinks she owns the place. I was not a cet person, I already had two dogs. But that has quickly changed. My dogs think they are Her parents and they get along great. She lovesmy computer when I'm on it, so she sent my message before I finishhed it.

So precious!! I'd take that little orangey one in a heartbeat, but everyone of them is beautiful, including Mom Kitty!! :D What a good heart you have to do this for a few of God's creatures! :D :D

It will be hard to give them back but I know that they will find homes fast, especially in the spring time. It will be fun to have the house full for a while.
