He is very cute!
I have a foster bird - a lutene cockatiel named Lucy. She belongs to my niece who has moved out of the province. No one else wanted her because she "screams" very loudly at times. She makes a good guard bird - she screams anytime a car drives around the cul-de-sac. :lol:

OMG! that face- I want him. I am such a sap when it comes to animals needing a home. Is he close to me? I am in NE PA.
