Talking about full moon psychos. I worked at a Police Dept as a dispatcher and jailer before I retired. I fully believe in the full moon crazies.

I was in education for 40 years and that was our favorite behavior description---- it's the full moon. Of course my husband of 38 years uses the same excuse for himself!

My folks who are RNs and cops say they HATE to work during the full moon. One brother said that when he had arrested a druggy, patted him down and stuffed him into the car, a wide eyed old lady clutched her purse close and inched closer to him and asked him if he was an officer of the law. DB said of course and stuck out his chest to show the badge, and the old lady grabbed his wrist in her teeth and hung on like a Pit Bull!!! He said he couldn't back hand an old lady who looked like his Grandma, so had to pry her jaws open. She calmly turned away and walked off with no other words. When he could get his partner to stop sniggering, whooping and wheezing for breath, he went to put on some alcohol on the slight cut, just in case she had poisoned him!!!
The scientists claim all this is bunk, but a lot of cops and nurses don't like full moons at all, even more when they happen on a Friday after payday!!

:-) :-) I love all of your responses!! think I hit a nerve or, at least, your funny bone. Some confirmed what I suspected about the two legged moonies. Too funny.

Is this what's wrong with our entire middle school this week???? I hadn't heard about the cats, but with kids/tweens/teens, it is WELL documented! Just ask any teacher!
