Nope, but I volunteer in a community band, bike shop and I have gigs coming up soon for demos of hand crank sewing machines and maille armor.
Ilovetoquilt… you might consider a rail to trail path hike. Many are very pretty, low grades to climb and can be done with wheelchairs or twin bikes where one person could provide the power. or let someone else do all the work in a rickshaw[ATTACH=CONFIG]611188[/ATTACH]

I did go for a walk today, a short one but a walk nonetheless.
The person under me is working to develop a good habit. For me, it's taking a walk daily.

leonf...thanks for the suggestions. I was raised in NYC but have become a mountain and woods woman (in my "old" age).
