We have to be more conservative with our driving. My poor SIN only makes 8.00/hr. I guess it will be bike riding time.

Its NOT GOING to stop!!!! They have all of us so suckered it isn't funny anymore. I read a couple days ago that Exxon was sorry it made over a billion dollars YEAH RIGHT!!

Gas here where I am is now $4.27. We live about 25 miles one way to the nearest gas station. I think its time to go back to Horse and Buggy's and then see how sorry Exxon will be.

You know I read somwhere that because of the EPA the gas companies have to make so many addditives to add to the gas before it goes to the stations that that is what makes it so expensives now days. I really don't know but it's a known fact we have enough gas in the US if only we could get the politics out of it and drill it would help greatly.

It is so hard to really know what going on in Washington as no one tells the truth anymore. But as bad as it is sometimes; it's still the greatest country in the World and this too will pass or someone will come along and find a way to get some relief. And I don't care what political party it is if they help us keep our freedoms and give the American people a fair deal. JMHO

I just read that the oil companies only make 2¢ per gallon profit. The state and federal government make more on a gallon of gasoline then the oil companies do; an average of 48¢ for the state and 18¢ for the federal.
