Getting grocery coupons?

If your local market has a reward card then sign up for their emails too. I get lots that way. I also get them from the sites of the brands I use the most.
Also, our local library has a coupon exchange bin. You can put in what you don't use and take what you can use. If they don't have one see if they would start.
I really don't like many of the on-line coupon sites. Some of our local markets don't except them plus you have to download their "special" software that is loaded with spyware.

Lots of coupons can be printed off computer from free sites. Redplum.com, smartsource.com, coupons.com.
Also, some dollar stores sell local sunday paper for $1, our local sun. paper is $2.
Just some thoughts, I save at least 50% everyweek.
