My "birth" dad came to visit today to celebrate his 60th birthday with me and my family. I found him when I was 25 after being adopted at birth. (Surprise, it was a girl!)

I have only got to spend time with him a handful of times. The last time we got to see each other was 10 years ago.

We spent the evening at a wine bar where my youngest works. (Unfortunately, my youngest son ran when the camera came out).

Your dad looks so happy to know his daughter these days. What a sweet story!

We had a great time with my dad. This is (I think) the third or fourth time we have gotten together since I found him about 16 years ago. It was great getting to hear about family history. I still can not believe how many mannerisms that I have like my dad.

My boys were so enjoying their Grandpa. It was very sweet.
