That truly is good news! Oh my... I saw pictures of those fires and they were terrifying. So glad you and yours are okay!

So happy for you. May we get some rain soon, so we won't have a repeat of all the fires. It is awful how many homes have been lost and lives that will never be the same.

I am so glad you could go home and had a home to go to. There have been so many lost. I am in Tomball, not far from the fires in Magnolia. It's heartbreaking.

you are lucky. Our niece and family lost their house and everything in Bastrop, Tx. He has been back from Afganistan 1 month.

My DIL parents are in Bastrop. Unfortanetaly they lost their house and belongings. They are strong people and doing well. I am so happy they are safe and that so few lives were lost. God Bless all Texans.
