Default google and pinterest

Did someone here mention a way to google without having dozens of pinterest sites showing up?
I thought it had to do with the minus sign. I tried googling baby quilts like this....
baby quilts - pinterest.com
but still get pinterest sites...a lot of them!
Did I dream there was a way not to have pinterest show up when googling?!

thank you, I needed that too ..... Pinterest is so overrated. Many of the postings are etsy or ebay or flicker and there's no instructions ... so frustrating.

Right up there in the "learn something new everyday" category. I had no idea it was possible to do a Google search minus pinterest popping up. Thanks for asking this question and forte informed responses. Gonna try it right this minute! Thanks again.
