I know they get a bad rap, but these are my FAVORITE birds to look at. I love how their colors pop.

Great picture. Jays ARE greedy, and fresh, but so beautiful. In the mornings they squawk outside in my yard until I throw some peanuts out for them.

I love watching the jays. Great photo! And you can bet that if he managed to get two peanuts in his beak he would start trying to get a third.

lol.mine do that too-they go to the lilac bush and squawk at me and watch me sew-until I do the nuts for them.

this morning the red squirrel has figured out the morning nut giving and was on the deck getting its share too.

Our Jay will go over and get the cat food if the bird feeder is empty. He'll squawk until the cat leaves and then helps himself.
