Grr .... Sinus Infection

I use a neti pot. It does work wonders. I also have taken a tube sock and filled it 2/3rds full with rice and sew the end shut. I heat that in the microwave and put that on my sinuses. As far as the tube sock you can use wheat or flax seed also.

Seems like the older I get the worse the sinus issues become. I've lived in this area my entire life so you would think that I would be immune to local allergens. My latest issue is black mold in my apt; my landlord has been on top of the issue and is moving me to a newly renovated apt in a couple of weeks, plus not charging me rent for Oct AND paying for someone to move me ! Since Feb I've had 3 sinus infections, strep throat twice, ear aches, and a cough. What concerns me even more is what damage the mold has already done ?
