:) Happy Mothers Day to all the moms, mums, nanas and grandmas from this happy Board, teehee.
These are pics from last Sunday (5-2) afternoon in the back of my home in Olalla Valley, WA. I live half a mile from a local forest park and I'm blessed with visits from "locals from the park" often, but NEVER had a visit like this one!:a female deer had her baby by the side of my shed. It was awsome to witness the miracle of a NEW LIFE.
And just in time for Mothers Day!!!!
Enjoy!!!

So sweet. Mama deer looks like she saw you watching her and had more important matters to tend to. Your view is awesome. Thank-you for sharing with us. Happy Mothers Day.

Yes, it's awesome to live so close to nature outside.
I try to not disturbe the back side of my place so animals feel more "at home", after all they were "here" first
