Default Happy Thanksgiving!

I hope all our Canadian QB members are having a happy Thanksgiving surrounded by friends and family! We had the usual turkey with all the fixings and are now stuffed.

No turkey for us this Thanksgiving! We have had a mini-blizzard so to speak this past Thursday through Saturday. Heavy rains, tons of wet snow, high winds, broken tree branches all over the roads, downed power lines and toppled hydro poles all around. The snow in our yard is mostly melted today but the lawn is now under water. We are going to get together tonight (kids and grands) and eat nibblies. We still have lots to be thankful for. We might just have our turkey dinner for American Thanksgiving. Here is a link to a tongue-in-cheek video explaining Canadian Thanksgiving to our American neighbours. (Spoiler - it pokes a little fun at y'all...)

That was a cute video! And man, Mother Nature sure messed with Manitoba this past week!
I am very thankful (today) that I live in Ontario!
Happy Thanksgiving to all!
Our turkey is cooking at the moment....

Happy Thanksgiving!
We had our turkey dinner last night. It's always nice to get together with the family!

Happy Thanksgiving all. We had our turkey supper last night, so tonight it's hot turkey sandwiches. Yum, and I love cooking once and eating twice (at least).

My son and I had turkey at the cottage on Saturday. That way there were lots of left overs and no cooking for me the rest of the weekend.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone celebrating.

Ours is a big deal and I am glad it is in late November this year.
