My husband is a Vietnam vet and I know how important the appreciation for veterans and those currently serving is to him. It was so different back in 1969 when he returned from Vietnam.

Thank you to all veterans and to those serving now for your service and sacrifice.

I called the veterans in my family today (7 total) and thanked them for their service to our country. My 89 year old aunt was so touched. She was a career Army Nurse and no one had ever called her and thanked her before.
