hard boiled eggs won't peel?

Put a teaspoon of baking soda in water to start boiling, peeling comes out great..tried this on Thanksgiving..was amazed at how nice they peeled..

my post disappeared in the changeover. I just rolled my refrigerated hb eggs to crack all over. then put in a bowl of warm water for a couple of minutes. they peeled very easily

Try this. When you boil the eggs, add baking soda to the water, a heaping tablespoon or so. Then when they're cool, roll them a little to crack the shells & peel. If you still have any small bits still there, rinse lightly with cold water.
