its the Gartner 2011 ad that causes that... I HATE HATE HATE that ad.... you get even close and it causes a drop down screen... annoying..

I have noticed the past couple of days when I open a topic at times the top right corner of the cream screen folds back into a small triangle, running your mouse over it makes it drop down further. It has an x but geesh, how annoying to have this when you want to read topics not look at ads.
