I was in Joanns today and while speaking to the cashier I mentioned that I haven't gotten any email coupons for quite a while. She said she hadn't either.
I still get the snail mail coupons with no problems and the email ones used to come every week or so.
I'm wondering if the new owners have done away with them?
Are you still getting yours in your email?

I'm pretty sure I got one this week. I didn't keep it as it was online only, and I don't shop there online since I live very close to one.

I received a 20% coupon via email last week and just used it this past Monday. I get one with various offers at least once every week.

I still get mine. I would check your spam/junk folder in case they're going there and make sure you've got the email address (or domain) for Joann's in your safe list. Give it another week or two and if those don't help, try signing up again.

When I go to our nearest Joann's I have to take my snail mail flier so they can scan my name and address. If you don't do that once in a while you get dropped off their list.
