So happy for you. Hate hearing about missing pets but so glad you had a happy ending.

oh ain't it da truth! Our neighbor (Lil Grey haired lady) feeds several strays and on china saucers too! I laughed and told her "those aren't strays! This grey one is mine and that fat black and white belongs to George who owns the auto repair shop! haha" they both have been chowing down all around the neighborhood.

Or he made himself at home with some kindly gray haired lady who fed him from a china saucer.

Around here if a cat goes missing it usually means the coyotes got him.

Know you are thrilled. I had my cat go missing for over 3 weeks once in Orlando. I threw his bowl and everything away. Then he showed up fat and sassy as ever. I felt someone had taken him into their home thinking he was available. So we put a collar and with owner ID info on him. My theory is that he peed in their home like he had in ours and was thrown outside. That was the reason we put him out doors to begin with. He was part time in and part time out but when he got in a fight that ended up costing us 1000.00 to save him, he once again became an indoor cat and remains a fat and sassy indoor cat today.
