Default Headband Material - stretch cotton help??

    Hi-

Does anyone know of an online source where I could purchase a stretch cotton type fabric to make for my sports team? They really like the lulu lemon and cheap dollar general store ones but we are looking for neon colors and they don't make them.

    Regards, JC

Try a search for crochet stretch headband trim. There are Etsy sites and other places that sell individual and yardage. This is just one:

Look for cotton lycra. Should be 2-way stretch but not shiny like swimsuit fabric.

My granddaughter just showed me one she had made with college colors out of Tshirts. She just braided strips of them and then tied in a pony tail holder for the stretch part in the back. Cute.

I would imagine that you could get a cheap t-shirt at a thrift shop or even the $ store!
