Does anyone else have this problem getting their fabrics out to start a new project.
Fabric protect cats, always on duty.

Looks like a very cuddly problem to have. Have you tried running the can opener? Or shaking the bag of dried food?

Actually, these 3 are mostly outside cats, but when I'm in my sewing room and just watching TV or on computer, I open the window and let them in for a visit. They were born feral cats, they love to be petted but not held.

It's always nice to know the attack cats are protecting your stash. I have the same problem here. They know there is soft pretty fabric is there and they want it.

I have a fairly large dog (80lb. Redbone Coonhound), that would love to escort them out the door for you. They'd be dessert too, if she caught them. But she's getting slower and lazier, so I doubt she'd actually catch one. She'd definitely bark loud enough to scare them away from the stash, though.
