I doubt seriously it's in the District of Columbia. The show is filmed in LA and more than likely it's a floor in the LA area unless they were filming on location. I would check in LA. Good luck. Would love to see a pic if you are able to find it.

Try movie gossip type webistes? Or On location? It is in a movie that Guy Pearce was in . . . I think it was set in LA in the 40s?
