HELP!! Laptop Question!!

I'm trying to loads some pics onto my laptop. I put the card reader in the slot but nothing happens. How to I get the pictures up?

Go into your menu and click on "Computer". You should see something about devices and see it under that. Click on the device (card reader or whatever) and then click on the pictures.
