Default Help with quilting short hand

I am having a problem reading the quilting short hand on this or and sight LOL. Where can I find a translation, I would really like to understand what people are typing ;~)

I am so relieved that I am not alone. I couldn't figure out OOP....??? out of package or wif...width of fabric. Thank you for bringing this up!

OOP is supposed to mean OUT OF PRINT... and WOF is width of fabric!
