I needed a part/attachment for one of my machines.
I looked up what i needed - and silly me - I thought that all dealers would charge the same for this item.
WRONG!!!!!
The first place told me $122, the second one told me $49, the third told me "around" $60.
Needless to say, the first place, even though closest, will not be getting ANY business from me!!!!

I got a FMQ foot for my machine recently. The store where I got my machine ordered it for me. Took two requests.
In the mean time i looked online and found it for a great price. But luckily the store offered a coupon which I used to buy the foot with. So I got it without shipping.

Unfortunately where we live there just aren't that many to call around. Many that I know who do live here go online for their items.
