I know many on these boards are supportive of our HEROes. This is just one more reason they are to be supported. Who is your HERO?
Added the eagle in case someone wants one for a part/entire quilt. Said it was originally crocheted. Looks great for many different types of quilt-me...embroidery only.

When the hurricanes hit in the South, the "Cajun Navy" always comes to help. These fishermen from Louisiana come out in their boats to rescue people stranded in flooded areas and help in any way they can. They are indispensable.
Of course, the firemen and police in NYC who entered the burning Twin Towers to save people and then lost their own lives will forever be our greatest heroes.
