Default ?How do you remove those social media buttons on websites?

OK, I may be slow but how do you remove the all of those social media buttons that show up when you open a website? Often I can read the text behind it. It seems to me that some are more troublesome than others. Thanks for anyone's help. I will greatly appreciate it.

They were driving me nuts too! then yesterday I discovered that if you hover very carefully near the (i think!) bottom right corner a couple of tiny "arrows" showed up and I could click on them and make them disappear. Don't know if it works on every site but at least it was a bit encouraging!

Thank you! I am very grateful. Those things bug me. Have a wonderful day!

I don't get those at all. Could you post a link to a site that has one? I'd like to know if the pop up blocker is preventing them.

Take it you mean the pop up boxes that appear, if so, there is usually a very faint x in one of the corners, just click on that.
