Mid to upper 90's here all week - maybe even 100's one-two days! Lots of humidity. All I can say is thank God for central AC and the pool. Even at 85-90 deg. it's cooler than the outside air!

Ours are too. It's suppose to hit 100 this week. It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't so humid. It is hard to breathe. We just stay in as much as possible.

Here in southern Indiana, it's so hot that the water buffalo at the zoo evaporated. ;')

I know exactly what you mean with the steam. Strange!

Hot enough that DH said it's hot & took off his sweatshirt. :)
He's on blood thinners and is always cold.

Hot enough to burn my little bum when I sat at one of those composite plastic (looks like wood decking) picnic tables with lightweight jeans on. Too hot to stay to eat one sandwich.

I don't remember a summer this hot, even though I have lived in Oklahoma all my life. They say 1980 was this hot, but I'm not remembering that. Maybe I wasn't working and didn't have to get out in it.

I think we have at least 30 of over 100 since the first of June, and the others were high 90s. Yesterday, the bank downtown said 113. And more to come :(

It's downright scary. At least we don't have to mow the lawn, because we don't have one! Everything is burned up.

At least our humidity is low - even though it's 110, it only feels like 110 and not higher.

I can't wait for winter.

New Hampshire is having a very hot and humid week as well. No AC here, no pool. And we lost power for several hours yesterday, so no fans! This too shall pass!
