I have terrible Bursitis in my right shoulder so I can't scrub or I would be crippled. I have given up other things so I can have a lady come in and clean my showers and floors, things that take scrubbing. She is a life saver. Not only has she helped me keep out of surgery, but it gives me more time to quilt. When you work full time, time to quilt is a gift.

Clean house! Only when I can stand it any longer or if my DGD is coming and I don't want her eating off the floor.

I set aside about an hour a day to throw the laundry on, do some dishes, make the beds, etc and the rest of my day is for quilting. So are my evenings lately since the only thing on the TV at night is the DH's hockey games.

You too? I slave away at the beginning of the week; I do all the laundry, the shopping, clean the house, and spend the rest of my week quilting with my free time (which isn't much since I have a very active toddler).

OK Patrice, I had to giggle at this comment. I didn't know there was such a thing as housework? What's that? Cleaning? Only when I have to, lol
