I didn't know you could! I've been reading this board for several weeks and finally joined. I have just added to my biography after reading several others. I didn't know how much info they wanted. I've got to say, I enjoy the sisterhood I feel with this board. After moving to South Carolina, I really miss my quilt buddies and all the sharing we did. I've already picked up some useful info by reading here. I still have to learn all the features--I'm not very good with computers . . . Not looking forward to trying to post a picture.

Well, I've updated mine now! I don't think there is anything too 'personal' in it that could be used for nefarious purposes - I just hadn't got round to it until you gave me the nudge.
Likewise, I don't normally read other people's profiles. But that may change now.
And I was amused to note that my birth year is given as 2011, LOL. I can't figure out how to change it, but feel safe in saying that that is just a leeeetle bit out...

You summed up your history in an interesting nutshell Bobbielinks. The profiles are nice to have and it is great when you click on one and someone has actually filled it in. It makes the folks on here come to life, so to speak. I'm about half and half on reading the profiles, depending on how much time i have. I do like to check when someone has posted something interesting so i can get a picture of the person behind the words or ideas.

I view often, and also get disappointed when I don't have a chance to get to know that person a little better. Sounds like you and I have much in common. Met my DH my first day as a Freshman (9th grade) high school, married him when I was a Senior, and we're working on 40 years this year.
