I am entering some photos in the local fair
The directions say to make slits in the cornor of tag board to slide the corner of photo and can use glue to hold secure. It also states can use photo splints. I think it might mean the photo corners that we used years ago to put photos in an album. What do you think it means??? Will call fair office tomorrow of course I am doing my project today.

I Googled, and I think they mean photo "splits". Found these on Amazon with some comments about them:

I don't think they're like the old photo corners because the splits don't show on the front.
Edit: These repositionable ones might be better, as they are removeable. One review says they have the type of sticky that post-it notes have. You just have to be sure you get the right kind.

I have used a Bristol board sheet, used a pencil to lightly outlined where I wanted the photos to be and then used my rotary cutter to make a diagonal slit on each corner of the outline. I could then just bend the photo a bit and tuck the photo corners into the slits. I don’t know if this would work for your fair.
