We went to the beach once, long ago, and my 6 or so year old son saw a man walking into the water wearing an obviously expensive watch. He reminded the guy about it, the man thanked DS nicely.

THEN HE TOOK OFF THE WATCH AND PUT IT IN HIS SWIMMING SUIT POCKET!!! And went on into the water.

DS just stood there with his mouth open......

People is people, all over the world.

My DH had his cell phone in his shirt pocket and leaned over the pool to check the chlorinator and the phone fell into the pool....DOH!! I told him to use the hair dryer on it and hope for the best. It eventually started working again....whew.

Ooo - that hurts.
I check pockets and keep any money as a laundry fee. :) There's not that much. :(
