My neice did that this summer. Had every thing packed the nght before. At 5am she woke him (8yrs), to make a 8am flight. He was grouchy, He dressed and stumbled into the cab. She resisted telling him until they arrived a the airport. boy was he surprised. Did not stop smiling and jumping around. It was just the 2 of them and finally had some mom/son time. They took hundreds of pics . A birthday he will never forget. your girls will love it and you for the surprise. have a great time.
