Patches is a cutie!! We have a rescue beagle/terrier (pit bull) and he's a sweetie. Good on ya' for rescuing him!!

Did you say you had a photo of you and Patches quilting together? I didn't see it - can you post it again?

Patches is precious. Her eyes are so expressive - she looks like she wants to say something. :D

Aaaah! What a sweetie. Miss Patches is adorable!

My dog (see my Avatar) was a pound puppy too. His name is Hero.

We got a rescue dog( LLasa Apso) for company when my husband's health began to fade. Pooch was a great source of pleasure for him. When my H died, Pooch became rather listless. My GD is a vet tech and said that Pooch was lonesome and missed H so she brought me an abandoned 5 week old Shi Tzu and something else. They are best friends and get along great with the two rescued kitties. I have a houseful but am never lonesome or bored.

mar32428 - They are such wonderful company aren't they? We have had 5 rescue dogs over the years and 3 cats. The older ones have passed, so now only have Hero the dog and Ansel and Jazz the kitties. Never a dull moment even when all the offspring have grown up and are out of the house!

Bless you for your compassionate heart!
