NOT funny. If I were the neighbor, I'd sue. Defending your position on the right to bear arms or gun control is fine. Slamming the neighbors or advising would-be criminals of their vulnerabilities isn't.

I'm with you Lisanne. I'm waaaaaaaaaaay toooooo liberal and waaaaaaaaay not into guns, so I would be pretty pissed if someone did that to me. Leave me and my opinions alone, and I promise I'll do the same. That's my political motto and my neighbor motto!

Beautiful home. I hope this guy is home 24/7. I live in a semi-rural area and a few years ago before the ban on assault rifles a bunch of neighbors went out and purchased large numbers of them "for protection". From what: marauding groups of deer? killer wild turkey buzzards? Well one of them had his house broken into and his burglar-proof safe was entered and all the LEGAL assault rifles, etc. were stolen. Now there are 30plus ILLEGAL guns out there and I doubt if background checks will be done on the next puchasers. I will fight for any one's rights except for the right to be stupid. I hope they find these stolen weapons soon and not next to the cold, dead hand of an innocent victim.
As for me, I have my fat little dog for protection. (Although if an attacker offered him a cookie he might have to weigh his options!!) Sorry to get on a soapbox but some things are just plain wrong.

Too funny. I wonder what went on BEFORE the sign was erected?
