I use them at work. Haven't really noticed much of a difference in my shape, but my feet don't hurt after being on them for 14 hours!

You still have curves, they just go another direction, just like mine.
BTW, Dr Shoals(??) has a version too, I saw them at Walmart. $30-40 vs $60+

i have a pair and they work!! it snowed and i haven't been out of the house since christmas eve, well my back was hurting really bad. went to wal-mart, put on my shape-ups and my back stopped hurting!!i guess i need to wear them some every day!!

I have a pair but until the past couple of days, I haven't spent enough time on my feet to make a difference! Too much time at the sewing machine, if you know what I mean! :) The past couple of days though have been a good workout!
