A couple of pieces of dark chocolate will give you a bit of energy...and remember that the dark chocolate is good for you ...and it is high in iron. ;-)

Rest and try to relax watch movies today. Have a Coke and popcorn with chocolates. Tonight take a long hot bubble bath and then turn in for the night. Tomorrow you will be back to your oldself. ;-)

Maybe it’s the weather.............Everything else is blamed on the weather. Seriously though U need to listen to your body and take it easy. If you don’t pick up in a day or 2 U might need a check up...

I am so sorry you are not feeling up to par! I do know the feeling as that is the way I've felt today also. Just out of fuel. Please take care and try to rest! Hope it isn't a full blown fibro attack!!! {{{{{HUGE HUGS}}}}}

Probably should have just stayed in bed, maybe just needed another 40 winks or couple of hours.

My fibro is flaring, too. But, I'm on Prendisone again so I'll be a bit better in a day or two. Don't wait too long before contacting your Dr....you know that if you let it get too far gone, it is harder to fight back. I would offer to hug you, but I know that doesn't feel good...so I'll send an air kiss instead.

:wink:

There is nothing wrong with a resting day and it sounds like your body needs it.
