go to you tube and watch: Dog and Deer Still in Love. It is a series of home videos of a great dane (Kate) who adopts a fawn (Pippin)... they grow and love together... a beautiful story - it's real and in a gorgeous setting... my daughter-in-law sent it to me this a.m. - what a good way to start the day.

I just watched several of the video ... they are so beautiful. I lost my great dane (black one like Kate) in April of this year, so watching this brought back some very sweet memories. Crying now, but good tears.
