Immediatley sign up for larger (than 689 sq ft.) apartment. Two bedrooms overlooking the water. Then send $13000 to each of my children and ex spouse, and to combinations of children/parents tax free to them. Look for a nice cruise with my friend. Give generously to the various charity thrift shops from whence many of my clothes and posessions have come in recent years. Look into needs of the nearby schools. Then revisit the needs of my family. Go shopping at Chicos and Nordstroms. Hire someone to clean the inside of my car.

DH and I have discussed this thru and thru and yes we buy tickets. Already have an estate Lawyer and CPA on speed dial on the cell phone. Wouldn't tell anyone until I talked to them. Would first and foremost give our tithe to God and thank Him for the winnings!! We are already debt free now so next would be to buy the "lotto" dream house we walk by, that's for sale, it's a Victorian Home close to Church and downtown with an extra lot for DH to build his dream woodshop with a quilting/sewing room above for me. We would keep our small 1930's home and rent it for free to his niece who is disabled and loves it up here. Buy a newer car that is efficient, but keep the 1997 Jeep for the winters. Hire a cleaning/housekeeper. Rent a RV with a driver so we can both look out the windows as we travel around this great country of ours. If there's still a million dollars left, I would love to buy my handicapped client's parents home/10acres with an indoor pool/gym/entertainment room and turn it into a rehab/group home for injured/disabled adults. His parents want to live on their 3 story Houseboat. I have enough already, so giving to others would be wonderful.
